The word, relaxwithtax.com, wherever it appears, means and includes RelaxwithTax Consultants Private Limited and its assigns and beneficiaries.

User Agreement

You can access relaxwithtax.com ("the site"), subject to the terms and conditions of use, as changed or updated from time to time entirely at the discretion of RelaxwithTax Consultants Private Limited, as set out below. The term of this Agreement shall continue and would be in force till the time you access this site & its services and you agree that you are bound by the terms as mentioned herein. These Terms of service is also applicable to certain services, presently being provided by RelaxwithTax Consultants Private Limited, through the offline mode or partially through the website and partially through the offline mode.

Eligibility and registration

Only persons who are eligible to contract as per the provisions of Indian Contract Act, 1872 are eligible to use the services of relaxwithtax.com. However, since every assessee who has income above the threshold limit prescribed under the Income Tax, 1961, is obliged to comply with the applicable provisions of the said Act including filing of his/her return of income, in such instances where the the assessee being the user of our service is not qualified to enter into a valid contract, we presume that the parent or guardian or any person authorized by such person to act on his behalf has registered himself or has registered the user acting on behalf of such user. We also presume that all the inputs, information provided in such cases are under guidance & assistance of such parent or guardian or the authorized person.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the exclusive right to add to or change or modify the terms of this Agreement including but not limited to suspend or cancel, or discontinue any or all service at any time without notice, make modifications and alterations in any or all of the content, products and services contained on the site without prior notice. Such changes will be posted prominently on the website for your convenience to understand your responsibility as a user. You are responsible for regularly reviewing these Terms of Service so that you will be apprised of any changes. You will be deemed to have accepted such change's if you continue to access the Site subsequent to such changes. In case any or all the changed terms of service are not acceptable to you as a user, you may discontinue the use of services of our website at your sole discretion.

Data Collection

Website contains free as well as chargeable services. The services may be availed of by the users, both unregistered and registered, wherever the service requires such registration. Any person who avails of any chargeable service from the website agrees to pay the necessary fees as per the fee structure prevailing at that point of time. The fee structure is available at the website. Force Majeure

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Bag-a-PAN

• Once an application for PAN is received for processing (online or physically) and a transaction ID is generated (in case of online submission) OR valid receipt issued for the same (in case of physical delivery), a request for cancellation of the process should be intimated and received by us by e-mail within 1 day. However, there would be no refund of any part of the fees collected under any circumstances.

File-for-Me

• Cancellation Request:

  Once a request for filing of return is received for processing (online or physically) and a transaction ID is generated (in case of online submission) OR valid receipt issued for the same (in case of physical delivery), a request for cancellation of the process should be intimated & received by e-mail by us within 1 day from time of submission of the application.

• Refund of Fees:

  On receipt of a valid cancellation request, the fees would be refunded after a deduction of 20% for administrative charges

• Failure to File on Time:

  If the return is not filed on time due to error or mistake on part of relaxwithtax^TM, then 50% of the fees will be refunded after due examination of the case by the company.
